Perry & Neblett PA has yet another big jury Trial win! After weeks of preparation, very long nights and working three weekends in a row, we commenced a Federal Court jury Trial on Tuesday, March 6th on a denied roof leak case. After a very difficult battle, with tough facts and a policy that does not cover wind or rain, Perry & Neblett delivered another jury verdict in our client’s favor on March 15th. We are particularly happy with the results in this case and are so ecstatic to obtain a very favorable jury verdict for our client.
