• Tetley’s Law and Other Nonsense: Despite the title, there is very little nonsense at this site. Professor Tetley has collected many of his works and has a great deal of other useful information.
• Australia Law Reform Commission – Civil Admiralty Jurisdiction: This is a link to a very interesting study on Admiralty jurisdiction by the Australia Law Reform Commission. As the history of Australia’s Admiralty jurisdiction is very similar to that of Canada, South Africa and other former British Colonies, it is of wide interest.
