David Neblett and the other attorneys associated with Perry Neblett P.A. handle all types of insurance claims and appraisals and litigate insurance cases in State and Federal Courts. We have represented a number of parties in boating accidents, groundings, sinkings and all manner of commercial losses. Mr. Neblett and attorneys at the firm have worked on a broad array of insurance claims including cases where large commercial properties and condominiums were damaged by hurricanes, to small residential homes with minor water damage. Perry Neblett P.A. has also worked on a number of cases dealing with “Bad Faith” and denied claims.

The firm still has a number of defense clients including AIG related companies and Chartis, one the countries leading recreational boat insurers.
